ORDER PROCESSING

  • We ship from our fulfillment warehouse in Jacksonville, FL
  • Order processing is done Monday - Friday at 9am and 12pm. This excludes holidays, high volume sales days (Black Friday, Annual Sales)  Any order made After 12pm Friday will be processed on Monday at 9 am.
  • If customer request a cancellation after the order has been processed the order must be returned to the warehouse (which the customer covers the return costs) by the customer in the exact condition in which it was sent.  After receiving the order the customer will receive a refund on the cancelation. This is NOT our refund policy.  
  • Any order's total weight is below 1 lb will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail.  Any order over 1 lb will be shipped via UPS Ground.  All orders come with a tracking number which will be emailed to the customer on the email on file.
  • Please review and ensure that the shipping address is correct address. We are NOT responsible for non-delivery due to error in the address you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund you your original order (excluding the shipping fee + $2.00 processing fee) and ask you re-submit your order. 
  • 3 Bears Body Care will pay for the total shipping fees for the standard shipping service.  If the customer wants a quicker service such as UPS Next Day Air, the customer will have to cover the cost of the label of such service.
